    Customer Reviews:
    Excellent product, excellent price.
I was looking for a good wireless keyboard/mouse combo for my PS3 in the living room. Once I had good placement of the receiver unit, I had no issues with reception. Now using the PS3 browser and entering text into game profile setups are a breeze. No more using the hunt and peck system with the PS3 controller for text!!

If you’re looking for a good wireless keyboard and mouse on a budget, look no further.

    A poor man’s Dinovo Edge?
I own the fantastic Logitech Dinovo Edge for use at home with my Media Center PC. The Edge is so great, that I found I could no longer live with the basic keyboard that came with my work computer. However, I could not bring myself to buy another Edge for work, as it just cost too much, and doesn’t have a keypad, which I use at work often.

So I went looking at other Logitech products, initially thinking about the last generation Dinovo keyboard. However, even the old Dinovo was way too much. Then I found this one, which seemed very simalar to the older Dinovo and could be found much cheaper ($23 refurb). I was sold!

Now that I have the keyboard, I can say that it is nowhere near as nice as the Dinovo Edge. The keystrokes are good, but not great. For some reason, the left side of the keyboard seems more “clanky” than the right. Overall the keys are not quite. However, typing effort is low and I can type very well on it. It is a major upgrade over the standard keyboard.

There is one aspect of the keyboard that is better then the Edge, the extra keys. They are more practical than the Edge, using rocker keys instead of touch or small button controls. Also, the key to bring out the extra features of the function keys toggles, something I wish the Edge did. With the Edge you have to hold down the function key while pressing the desired function key.

Overall it does the job for my work keyboard. The mouse is, like others said, junk. I have been using a Logitech MX518 corded mouse, and will keep using it.

VERY slim and beautiful keyboard, but fatty mouse
VERY slim and beautiful keyboard, but fatty mouse. The combo comes with 2 AAs and 2 AAAs batteries. The AAA batteries are for the keyboard, not the mouse! It’s usually the other way around. Good entry level wireless combo for HTPC

A trick to increase the range: when I place the receiver in the position it’s suppose to be (like this: /), I only get 6 feet range. But if I put the receiver upside down (like this: V ) I get more than 12 feet! not sure why. 4 stars given because of needing this weird trick

    Good Basic Wireless Keyboard
I wanted this mostly as an alternative to the DiNovo, so this worked out well enough. The mouse is your average cheap appliance, and will be replaced by an MX Revolution as soon as Amazon ships it. Speaking of which, the only problem I have with the shipment is the shoddy job at packing it up, but the set arrived in working condition despite being completely on TOP of the packing paper.

The keyboard is thin and attractive, but doesn’t feel flimsy. It seems quite sturdy, and with my history using Logitech products, should last until I get bored and want a new one. I didn’t install the drivers that accompanied it, but the music (and other buttons) worked just fine, launching my default media player. Highly recommended for a functional set at a very reasonable price.

    Great Keyboard
This keyboard is awesome. I have had it for over a year now and only have had to replace the batteries once. It has great range! The hotkeys are excellent and make changing through songs so much easier (note to winamp users: you usually have to go to preferences to enable the hot keys to work for winamp.) There are only two downsides to this keyboard/mouse set. 1. The keyboard cant fast-forward, only skips through songs. 2. Range could be longer. These two problems are very insignificant as the range itself is already pretty long, and fastforwarding isnt important.
